根本特殊化学株式会社は、当社グループ事業会社の株式会社ネモト・センサエンジニアリングを2023年6月１日付で吸収合併し、同会社の権利義務一切を承継して存続し、株式会社ネモト・センサエンジニアリングは解散することと致しましたので、お知らせします。

Merger between Nemoto & Co., Ltd. And Nemoto Sensor Engineering Co., Ltd.

We would like to inform you of our group’s organizational change.

With effect from June 1st, 2023, Nemoto & Co., Ltd. will absorb and merge Nemoto Sensor Engineering Co., Ltd., a group company, and succeed all its rights and obligations.
